How to setup fans to come happening with A/C?
I give an HP ECU and the I/O cable. I've setup the fans to number on at 185 & off at 175. Simply how do I set them to seed on when I turn the A/C on?

You can either hydrant off of the compressor cling to involvement wire to trigger the electric lover relay's coil (with a kidney-shaped diode to prevent backfeeding the HEFI trigger wire/ECU). Or conducting wire an A/C pressure change Stimulant to expend as a Switched/Sensing element Input Trigger for a custom Blower Output (Inputs/Outputs ICF).
May God's seemliness bless you in the Lord Jesus of Nazareth Christ.

Make a custom Input in the I/O ICF. So make an Output in the I/O ICF for your fans, instead of using the generic fan settings from the Basic I/O in the System ICF. Then you can have the fans hinge upon & off away duple things, like temperature, RPM (I like to make fans cut when the engine is not running, but the key is still on). And of course of study, you can then use your A/C compressor to complain the fans happening as advantageously.

Hunky-dory I like the way this sounds if I am understanding it even off. Are you saying as an example, I tail set a Output that will not only work with the Input from the compressor, simply it will likewise allow the fans to be set to turn on with just a temperature scope such as 190? And maybe regular turn out at an Rev low-level enunciat 400, so the fans would be off with the key-connected and locomotive engine not running?
-
Correct. You can set it raised to come in with a switched Outturn, or come on with temperature, and even turn inactive supported Rev. All using the Inputs/Outputs ICF.

I have a cognate call into question. I have my fans controlled via PWM−. What I want to do is have the fans kick on at 50% when the A/C is on. Whatsoever suggestions?

I had a similar wonder. I wish to control the same fans with two different tables. One "CTS vs VSS", and the other "A/C Insistence vs VSS", and have the highest prise from either table ascertain the lover speed. I lavatory configure this with 2 freestanding PWM Outputs, simply you can't feed two PWM signals to the one controller. What we really call for is a three-axis table.
If non using PWM, you can wire three relays to use for each one lover motor's opposition to run the fans at either one-half speed or full, depending on two ground outputs from the ECU. The wiring diagrams at a lower place are from the VE Commodore/G8 workshop manual:
Below is the active circuit on low speed:
And this is the active circuit with some outputs grounded (utmost speed):

AC fans on with Atomic number 89 compressor Kick
Can you post pics or screenshots of the how to do this?
Easiest thing is to just create an A/C Input from the A/C compressor itself. Just enjoyment a relay and use the A/C compressor to air potential to the #86 terminal of the relay. Then you can take whatever grounding point through the #85 & #30 pins, taking pin #87 to the Holley. This gives you a "ground" Input at the Holley.Give a custom Input in the I/O ICF. Then make an Output in the I/O ICF for your fans, instead of using the generic fan settings from the Basic I/O in the System ICF. So you can have the fans turn on & off by multiple things, the likes of temperature, RPM (I like to build fans turn off when the engine is not lengthwise, but the key is still on). And of course, you can and so use your A/C compressor to kick the fans connected too.
Ok found that V5 package already has this as an selection assembled in .
Thanks Max
